I created a new wireless network and have tried following the instructions to attach to the new network using both the iPhone app and the web page. Using the web page all goes well until I attempt to reconnect to my home network. I do not see a screen asking me to choose a wireless network. Instead I get the message that I am not connected to the internet. This happens with both Safari and Chrome. I know I have done this before and wonder if it has something to do with Catalina.
Steps: I go to Setup, personalize the scale, restart the scale so it is in setup mode, connect to the scale WiFi with a computer with WiFi only, click the connected button and BOOM you are not connected to the internet.
Tried using the iPhone app and for the life of me I could not find out where I could start the setup process.
Any advice?

For Aria pull the battery and re-insert to put the scale in setup.
No go into the WiFi setup on the phone or computer.
You need to connect the phone/computer to the scales WiFi.
Once connected the app may be used to setup the WiFi.
Alternatively you can log in with a web browser to the scale and setuo WiFi this way.
