Hi, my WiFi is not connecting to my scales. I’ve tried several resets and I keep getting the little WiFi sign after it tells me to step off. Tried taking batteries out, turning WiFi hub off but nothing. Any help is appreciated.
And answering to myself.. After last post I decided to test if disabling Wifi password would work. It did, so that is a solution. Not a good one though, it is not recommendable to have an open Wifi. Fitbit should fix the firmware.
