  • I just received my Aria. Set it up as per instructions. Got on to find my weight has supposedly increased by 4 stone since weighing on my old ones this morning.  

Weighed myself 3 times with new scales in the same spot on a flat base and received readings varying by about 3 stones each time.  How do you know they are set to 0 when you step on them.

If working correctly your weight should show on the app in seconds. If not, you are one of the many people on this forum where the scale will not synch to your phone. The work around that seems to work is to force stop the app. Then try scale with app open. 

I am very disappointed in google to allow this glitch to continue & let people struggle without admitting they have an issue.

Save yourself the frustration. Get your money back and buy another scale that will work from someone else.
