I was unable to get my scale to connect to a new Wi-Fi network, and was getting frustrated that it didn’t work, over and over.
What I finally did was make sure that the scale was “starting from zero” before I attempted the connection, and then it worked. (Meaning, the Wi-Fi symbol on the device is solid, instead of pulsing the way it does when it’s trying to connect to a specific network.)
It seemed like while it was in that pulsing “connect” mode, it would just stay like that and never successfully connect if the initial try didn’t work.
I go it to work by pulling the battery and starting the Wi-Fi selection process again.
