Getting help from you is impossible.  Not too long ago I tried with my new sense watch and you were impossible.  Now my aria scale is not working and I can not get help.  If I throw these away, you have lost me forever as a customer.

@hillshaven  you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.
