It's titled, "Muscle Monday!"
Strength is important in all of our lives. We use so many muscles daily, even those that you don't think about. Strength or resistance training is a great way to build muscle and look "cut" as they say. Here are a few tips for strength training! You want to focus on the form and movement, rather than the weight. This helps to prevent injury and slow gains. Also, remember to breathe! Try exhaling as you lift, push and or pull, and inhale as you release. The last tip is to let you muscles rest. Your muscles go through wear and tears during strength training. Your muscles will grow faster with 48 hours of rest and recovery, then start back in with your gains! Hustle for that Muscle!
