Seems like this is the magic number of the Blaze’s going out completely, so you don’t get a replacement. For the price of the watch, this is ridiculous. I was like ok, it’s just broke, then started doing research and this happens often. I’m going a different direction and I’d suggest others do the same. I am going to take my watch to a friend of mine to see if something is amiss.

I have had mine since it came out and it is still going strong. But I take care of it. Nothing rubs up against it to cause scratches

 

I do change out the bands. I clean nightly like you are suppose to.

So what happened to yours?

Everything was fine until yesterday.. out of nowhere the Fitbit logo is stuck on the screen. I folllow every instruction on how to fix the problem. Call Customer assistance and they deemed it unfixable. I also took very good care of mine and it’s actually weird not having it on at work. They looked back and my purchase was March 17th I believe. We had just got back from our anniversary in Hawaii and when I realized I lost the last one. So now it just sits with th diamond Fitbit logo on it. It will charge, but do nothing else. If you look on Amazon, you will see this complaint a lot. I wasn’t even upset until I read those reviews. All they offer is a 25 percent discount on the next one
