My wife and I both received Fitbit Blazes for Christmas 1 year ago. They both don’t work and are not under warranty. Do not buy unless you only want a temporary product! My Blaze has a problem with the right button not working. My wife’s Blaze won’t take a charge. No help we called after trying all the fixes here and they say it’s out of warranty. They did offer a token discount, but I would rather have a watch that works for longer than 1 year. We will be buying an Apple Watch now!!!
