I must say if you are provided features then why it is different for diferrent os paltform. For apple you had provided all features fir blaze and for qndriid too. Is windows is not suitable for these features. If yes, then why u have launched this watch for windows. Is it means fitbit is cheating with customers and doing partiality? Being customer, i had purchased yout watch but it totally useless. If u want to maintain your companys goodwill then provide all features to all platforms. Coordinate with windows company and develop it. I hope u will not disappoint worldwide windows customers as it depends on your company goodwill. Hope the best result from your end in next version and do that very soon.

Hi there @A_MAN! Great to see you in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! 🙂
Thank you so much for providing your feedback! In the past, iOS, Android and Windows apps were all different but now for example, iOS and Android are almost the same and hopefully we can create a seamless experience across all platforms and this is being worked on so I really appreciate your feedback and be sure that this is not going unnoticed!
Anything else you might have for us, we'd love to hear it!
