4th Blaze from 3rd shop. Same issues!

4th Blaze, no green lights, screen stuck on Fitbit.com/setup. Trying to sync to Windows10 laptop. Bluetooth finds Fitbit but then says can't sync, try again (x 15 tries). This has come from Fitbit USA, other 3 from currys & John Lewis. 

Please help!!!!!!

@Pauline he as long as your seeing the setup message, it is telling you to finish the setup process. Yes there will be no lights and and win 10 can not sync a tracker not setup. 

My guess is that the tracker attached to your Fitbit account is not the tracker in your hand, and suggest removing the tracker that is in your account.
