Did you mean:

Can't change the clock face.

Hey guys!

I've been trying to change the clock face on my Blaze, but for some reason that setting just wouldn't sync.

I have tried to restart the app, the tracker, the phone, I've tried checking my clock face through a computer browser.

And the weird part is that both on the computer and on the app the clock face is already changed, but it is not on the tracker.

And it would seem like its only the clock face that has issues syncing, because all the other data is clearly getting updated.

I'm using it with my Samsung 7S Edge, if that matters at all.

Thank you in advance!

Hey there! Thanks for replying too!

I've contacted Fitbit by email and they've suggested to shutdown my tracker and then turn it on and try syncing again.

And that has worked.

Actually that was the only the only issue I had, the alarms were syncing just fine!

I also got the fitbit blaze 2 days ago, I have tried all the things you have and the clock will not change. It is so annoying. I have a LG g5. Everything else is sycing but the clock face. Have you had any luck?

The Android app is currently broken.  Clock face won't sync.  You probably won't be able to sync silent alarms either.  Hopefully somebody will fix it.

That's good to know. How did you find that out?

I can't figure out any way to do it from the wrist or from the phone app.  But the online dashboard on the website, you can do it there.  Go to the settings (wheel icon) and then on the left side of the page, it has a column listing your devices. Click on the Blaze to change settings for it, and then scroll down and the clock options are near the bottom.  Choose the one you want.  Then, use your phone device app to do a new sync.  I did this and the Blaze on its own did the reset and put up the new clock.

Also, it helps a lot to figure out that you can swipe sideways and get to a setting where you can increase the brightness.  You'll like the clock a lot better once you can see it.
