Hello @Russian1902,
You may consider getting a Fitbit One or a Fitbit Zip. They're both clip on models and register steps based on torso movement. They are not as susceptible to too many steps if you move your arms a lot or not enough steps if you don't (like pushing a stroller out on a walk).
You can have multiple Fitbit trackers paired to your account as long as they're different models.
I hope this helps.

I love the Fitbit so far but I'm pretty sure when I'm working is not working well. I have Samsung health on my phone. Phone for example show 11000 steps while fitbit shows 15000. It's a huge difference. I guess it's nothing to do with this problem? In my job I move my arms a lot so I think I get a lot of steps when standing still! 😞
@Russian1902 Fitbit has MobileTrack which lets your phone be the tracker:

Check that article and see if your phone is supported. I thought about getting a Fitbit One, however just having your phone means you have one less thing to carry and worry about. I've been using MobileTrack and it works great at the basics.
The fundamental problem your are seeing - wrist based trackers have a harder job counting steps, versus a phone or Fitbit One that is worn on a belt or in your pocket. Much easier for pocket trackers to count steps because there is very little interference from swinging arms.
