A couple watch errors

-my blaze displays the wrong time

-my blaze cannot sync to my phone, it goes to around 30% then says looking and stops sync

-my blaze can't update to the new firmware

 

As you can see, my blaze seems pretty messed up. Can someone help me fix these problems? I've tried shutting it down but that doesn't seem to work.

Actually it is only one problem the failure to connect to the phone. 

Not knowing what phone your trying to sync through

First go into its BT settings and tell it to forget the Blaze. 

See if it will sync. 

Next I would restart or better yet power off the phone and restart. 

Make sure the app is up to date. 

Now swipe over to the settings and do a shutdown of the tracker. 

You probably want to try and sync after each thing, yes there are things that could be tried but but these are the steps for the worse case and one of them should get you back.
