Contacted customer support my problem was fixed with a reset. Now I'm receiving emails that my new Fitbit is on the way being shipped and here is the tracking number and name of the guy it's going to- which btw is not me!!! I called Fitbit- there were notes on my account about a cracked screen- nope mine wasn't cracked. Was told the shipping dept would contact me- what the heck?!

This sounds like a mistake, not fraud. Your subject title is very misleading.
