Hi there @Supernis. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community! 🙂

If you've already tried all of this to no avail, I'd recommend setting up your tracker as a new device.

For that, I'd firtst recommend to restart your tracker again by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until the tracker reboots and then go into your app and tap on the account section at the bottom right corner and here almost at the top, tap on "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you've set it up again, it should be syncing properly.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi,

Trying this now! Have gone through the set up as new device , but it keeps spinning at

"all set" , and below it says "finishing up" but the little circle is still spinning  ( after 8 minutes)

Yeah @Supernis, it's known for it to take quite a while in the initial setup 😕

I'd say, leave it there for a while... it shouldn't take more than 1 hour I'd say in rare cases so if after that time it's still doing the same, you can then get in touch with the Support Team about this.
