Is there a way to remove the Fitstar screen from the blaze or change the order of the options on the blaze screen?

As @SteveH said, currently, there is no way to remove the FitStar screen or change the order of the options on your Blaze. I wasn't able to find an existing feature request for this so you can feel free to go ahead and create your own at the feature request board.
