Account tab missing in iPhone X

When will Fitbit be compatible with iPhone X???

 

My Blaze worked perfectly fine with my iPhone 5S. After getting the new iPhone X (running IOS 11.1.2), my Blaze won’t sync. I tried to do a manual sync but I couldn’t, because the account tab is completely GONE!  

 

I deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled with the same results. I’ve checked for an IOS update but I have the most recent. 

 

Id like to upgrade to the new Ionic, but there’s no account tab to set up a new device.  HELP??!

It's great to have you here @Carolmea! Currently, iPhone X isn't listed as supported. This is why you're unable to properly sync your Blaze. However, Fitbit is always adding new devices to the list but they need to be tested before so, once it's compatible all the features can work normally. 

 

If you have any other compatible mobile device, you can sync your Ionic. You can also sync using your computer just leave the Dongle plug into your computer and as soon as you're near your Ionic will automatically sync.
