Active Minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My active minutes isn't tracking on my device. I am a personal trainer and work out myself at a high intensity 2 times nearly every day and also active helping clients for 8+ hours every day. Today for example i have worked out twice and only received 25 active minutes. I've tried not entering the workout into my blaze but still very low. Yesterday i received 0 active minutes. My steps are 18000+ nearly every day also.

Any help would be great thanks!

@erinthomsonxoWelcome.... This is a common request on Fitbit forums.   This link explains the Active Minutes concept.

Many who enter manual workouts eliminate the Active Minutes because that averages the calories over the workout time period and drops the /minute calories below 3 x BMR.

You can examine you workout time period "before" you create a record by creating an Activity Record (thge large stopwatch) which doesn't destroy data, just a copy, then examine the calories graphs, and make sure you have periods of 10 consecutive minutes of 3 times your per minute sleeping BMR
