Hi my Blaze keeps resetting my active minutes to zero. It might then record a few or none at all. I’m out walking all day and it’s recording them but then resets them to zero. And then resets the calories burnt. You can see the fault on a downward trend on the graphs. It looks like the error is on the watch. The watch is old so maybe it’s time to upgrade? Any ideas?

Mine is doing the same thing! I wish I had answers. I’m on here looking for an answer to solve this problem as well.

I've noticed my active minutes have been zero for months. Despite weight lifting and exercising 3x a week, having very active hobbies and working on my feet the rest of the week.
I only realised when I took part in a game of fitbit bingo and couldn't complete ANY of the active squares.
I've seen lots of complaints from other users with the same issue.
