Ok so today my blaze has auto recognised a 23 minute walk but my active minutes is only 9? Im sure this is wrong? I am an adriod user & my fitbit main dashboard is the same as app.I re set it less than a week ago as it was not auto tracking activity. Do i need to reset frequently?

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. Where you walking constantly without stopping? Since keep in mind that to earn active minutes you need to be constant in the workout you are doing. If you weren't constant that's the reason why you are only seeing 9 active minutes of those 23.
