Active minutes decreasing

Hi, I have had my Blaze for a couple of months and everything has worked well but in the last couple of days I have pushed my exercise, it appears to record it at the point of exercise, yet a short while later it goes back to less minutes. For example, yesterday, active minutes were 60 minutes, when I rechecked it had gone to 9 minutes. Today, active minutes 74 minutes but reset to 18 minutes. Can anyone help me please?

I would like to know if you are manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away your active minutes? If you aren't, could you please provide me with some screenshot of your information? Also, you can log out and log back in to your account.
