Tracker won't turn on

My tracker was low on battery so I was going to charge it but now there's no visual to whether is getting charged or if turned back on or not. Tried long pressing the left side button but still getting nothing. Even tried to plug the charger into multiple areas and plugs to see if it works and still nothing. This is the 4th time my Fitbit played up ever since I got my Samsung s8 plus and now I'm just getting fed up with these constant issues. Someone, please help.

It's great to welcome you @xxaynah, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps, I suggest testing your Blaze.
