Can't update my Blaze

I just did the update on my Blaze. The app showed it was done. I cannot get my Blaze to work. The light continues to blink. I went back to the app and it tells me to update but can’t find my Blaze. Help! Did anyone else have this issue?

It's great to welcome you @NinaOMalley. I would like to know if you keep having issues updating your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Blaze by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After the restart procedure, take a look at this post and confirm you are following those steps to update your Fitbit.
