My active minutes have disappeared. I had 61 active minutes this morning after a walk. I then hit my daily steps goal and the active minutes are gone. They do not appear on the dashboard or on my blaze. I have rebooting the blaze and made sure the app was up to date. This is the first time that I have noticed this has happened. What do you suggest?

A warm welcome to the Community @cindywatson. Have you manually logged an activity that might be taken away your active minutes? Activities like walk or run can take this information away. If you did manually logged some of these activities, I recommend deleting it by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

Mine too....so frustrating. I did not do anything different or manually log walking or running.

I didn't do anything like this. I just tapped my blaze to find out my active minutes and they were no longer there. and now when I went back to the dashboard to review the workout for yesterday it shows the workout and only 58 steps. even though it still shows the total 13,000+ for the entire day. I don't know what happen but nothing was modified at all

I recommend restarting your trackers by doing the following:
After this process, test your devices. Also, log out and log back in to your account.
