Heart rate . Resting vs sleeping

Should I be concerned that my resting heart rate has been logged at 45-47bpm?

One of the reasons I chose the Blaze, is for the hr monitor. I'm not extremely alarmed about this at the moment, as I have been checking regularly throughout the day, and my heart rate is shown between 50-60 when "resting". After a bit of research, I am assuming that my resting heart rate is actually my sleeping heart rate.

Has anybody else had this concern? Is it possible to somehow differentiate on the app, or online, between sleeping and resting heart rate?
