Active minutes disappearing

Why after exercising for 4 hours and all screens green over 240 active minutes disappear?

Could you please tell me which activity were you doing? Also, have you manually logged any type of activity that might be taken away your active minutes?

Just walking. No didn't manually upload. Showed all screens green on fit bit but then disappeared to 0 active minutes!!

Thanks for the information @Balders. Could you please tell me exactly how are you registering your activities? Are you using SmartTrack or are you selecting the activity directly from the Blaze?

Directly from blaze to strava but at the time due to phone pairing issues were not paired
