In the middle of a run my Blaze screen went black with a medium level battery. I tried the restart instructions found in these forums (held left and bottom right buttons together for 15 seconds, tried this multiple times) with no success. It has been charging for hours and will not turn on. Could you please advise?

Hi, I got in touch with support via live chat, but was disconnected before the problem was resolved. When I plugged it into an alternate power source I was able to get the screen to come on and the low battery picture came on, but it never charged and the screen eventually went black again. I left it plugged in to charge overnight but have not been able to get the screen to come on again.
