I walked today for 1 hour and 10 minutes, got total of 9,320 steps; and 0 active minutes...

The restart done while plugged in is only a soft restart, for a complete shutdown, go to the settings, about, then shutdown.

Recording active minutes seems to be a very complex. I've done resets and updates, but my blaze is still recording inconsistently. It's  over a year old. I'm wondering if there's some mechanical feature that records active minutes, perhaps by motion, that has worn out. Maybe I just need a new tracker?
