Activity and sleep tracking not syncing

Hi , 

 

Neither Sleep tracking, heart rate nor activity tracking is syncing aynmore of any app version between Android, iOS and Microsoft . 

 

Restarted multiple time, remove blave and relinked , uninstall and resintall app. Nothing make it works 

 

Need your help !!!

@FerdinandFitbit I have found a work around  - Seems that forcing HR monitoring  to "ON" and not "Auto" fix my issue. 

 

Can you please follow up with your tech team and get this abnomal behaviour fixed  ?

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your tracker to sync your information 😕

 

It's very strange that restarting your tracker and setting it up as a new device has not helped at all... This means that if you removed your tracker and are trying to add it back, it doesn't pair, correct? Do you get any type of error message when trying to do this? Is there a chance you can attach a screenshot of your dashboard to see how it looks like?

Thanks for the quick reply 

 

It is pairing , step are sycing but no Sleep, no activity , no heart. Seems to have happen since the last Database upgrade.

Yes this is also occurring to me! It occurred after update. Won't sinc and missing info on go 365. Please look at update to see why this caused the problem. Thank you

Hi there. I’m a first time forum user - hopefully replying to the correct one!  My sleep and activity haven’t tracked for the last two days.  I had tried resetting, setting heart rate to ‘on’ and logging out of the app. Having looked at other solutions, I can confirm that the first night my battery was low, but not the second night.  I haven’t changed how I wear it during the night and I got more than three hours sleep.  Any other suggestions on how to fix it?   Thanks!

I’m having ghe same issues. About 3 weeks ago my heart rate is not working in yhe auto mode and I’m not abke to track my sleep. Also the activity tracking is not working.  I think all these stopped working at the same time,

I have the same problem mentioned here and none of the suggested solutions have worked for me. The synch for sleep and activity history has not worked since halfway through yesterday and the synch bar only progresses halfway across the screen. Any suggestions?
