hi ,

i've been using Blaze from 4 months and i had not face any trouble untill yesterday.

in last 2 days i didnt get time to take care of blaze and forgot to charge dueto which it got switched off. later when i started the device after charging, there was a time difference, it has happened before too, to i tried to sync it with the app,but it was not able to sync. then i removed blaze from my device (i have done this before) and tried to add the blaze again. but since then i wasted a hell lot of time and it wont connect/accept the device.

its going till 4 digit code being entered and a message that 'connecting to fitbit'. further then this nothing is happening.

please guide.

ps: i hav installed app again, rebooted iphone (using 6s), restarted fitbit, toggeled with bluetooth; turning on/off, tried with another phone (it also didnt connect to iphone 5s).

If you have done a restart of both the tracker and the Phone, then removing the Blaze from your device is the next step. To do this, go to your phones Bluetooth settings snd remove the Blaze from there.

Under no circumstances do you want to remove the Blaze from your app, all this does is tell Fitbit you are not using it anymore, and causes more troubles.

Hi !
Try forgetting the device from phone's Bluetooth! And try to pair it back!

I remember doing this as my last resort and it worked .

I accidentally removed the device from the application.  Is there a way to add it back using the same email address?
