Adding Exercises to Fitbit Blaze

My Blaze came with (I think) 3 different exercises.  I added one activity, but now I'm trying to add another and I cannot seem to do so.  I'd like to make it show up on my Blaze, but I can't seem to figure it out!  HELP?

The list is filled, simply remove one to replace with another.

touch the index card in the upper right

pic of your blaze

scroll midway to exercise shortcuts, touch

touch edit in the upper right and touch delete ball for one, or more, of the shortcuts you can do without

now when you return to the list +exercise shortcut appears, touch it

pick the one you'd like to add

If you'd like to reorder the list as it appears on your blaze, touch edit in the upper right again

touch, and hold, the hash/hash/hash stack to the right of the shortcut and drag up or down in the list

when satisfied with order touch done and force a sync from the dashboard by touching and pulling down on the screen.

I don’t have an “index card”’on the display of my Blaze. On any corner.

Thank you for your patience.  I went onto the Mobile App and I found the Exercise shortcut, but when I 'touched' it there was NO edit button at the top of that page.  I see all of my exercises listed and it is full, but I don't see an Edit place to touch anywhere.
