Alarm did not work

Hello All, 

I updated my app a few days ago and did not have any problems. Now today, my alarm did not go off at all. I've never had that happen before. Also, since the update, this is the first night that the sleep tracker DID NOT track the light, REM and deep sleep. It has all the other nights but this one. Maybe it's a bug?? I haven't changed any settings on it. I did change the alarm time but that shouldn't affect it. Anyone else having alarm/sleep tracking issues?

The only times this has happened to me is when my blaze didn't fully sync. (I thought it synced but my changes didn't update)

Can you please try setting a silent alarm to a time (to test if it works?)and see if it goes off?  

If not, go to the "Alarms" screen and see if it's there as on.  (You can also set your alarms directly from the blaze itself) 

 

If it's not syncing properly, please go ahead and restart your fitbit.  

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
