@Annieliew, can you perhaps provide a little more information on what kind of help you need, and what you have already done?  What Fitbit device do you have, and what Fitbit app are you using?

Hi @Annieliew and welcome to the Community!  Time zones are determined by the time zone you selected when you created your account.  If you need to change your time zone for any reason, I suggest following the instructions in this article.  Hope this helps!
