How can I delete alarm settings? or change existing settings without setting up another alarm.

In the Fitbit App you can delete an alarm completely.  I haven't found a way to edit one so I'd just delete what you don't want and add a new one.

 

On the Blaze you can turn the alarms off and add a new one but you can't delete one.

I am glad to hear that your inquiry has been resolved. If you want to know how to delete or edit an alarm, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the Blaze icon
  2. Tap Silent Alarm
  3. Tap the alarm you want to edit or delete
  4. Tap delete or edit the alarm
  5. Tap save
  6. Sync
