Android App won't recognise Blaze

Hi, I got the updated app the other day, everything worked fine with my Blaze for 3 days but yesterday the app stopped recognising the blaze.

Tried everything.

Ended up deleting the blaze from the app and for the last 24 hours have been trying to link the app to the blaze.

I click on add a device.

It finds the device.

Says Found device

Then goes to Connecting .

Then the screen goes green and it returns to profile/add a new device page.

I’ve tried this about 20 times. Have force stopped the app, restarted Bluetooth, restarted the blaze, restarted phone….nothing seems to work.

I’m out of ideas.

I have a fitbit coach 12 mth subscription and have been tracking my food for 4 years, so I’m reluctant to uninstall the app understandably.

I’ve looked through forums but nobody has mentioned this in the last 24 hours or so.

Is there a bug in the app?

Hello @Modeboy68, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums.

Thank you for sharing all this information about the Blaze not syncing with your Android device. Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems?

Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.

Regarding the Fitbit Coach, are you having any specific problem with this feature, or you were still referring to the information not syncing to your account properly?

Please keep me posted.
