Hi @Mnbronco   yes, people get answers and quite often they get solutions to their questions. As this is a community forum, not everyone responds unless it pertains to their own situation. Sometimes you have to be patient until someone with a similar issue replies. The community forums aren't customer support, but lots of people are helped here.
