Anyone else having issues with the Blaze?

Earlier this week I would get vibrations like every 30 seconds and no notifications. Now I can't swipe on my screen and when I try to reset it doesn't do anything, just stays on the home screen.

Restart at least 3 times consecutively sometimes helps
