Hi,
I bought a new watch (fitbit blaze) yesterday at Target, I set up everything and found that it is having some data from last week (from Thursday-Saturday), this data is different from the other days (which can be default data for all the days). So I returned that watch and bought another one from Walmart, this time I got the similar data in the app. Is this data from the previous watch.? I heard the data from the old watch will get Sync with the app (my account), so I'm thinking this data came like that or Is this used one .?

Hi there @naveen2393. Great to have you in the Community Forums! 🙂
When it comes to the information showing on your history for before the date the Blaze was paired, I'm pretty sure it's calories what you are seeing there. The reason why you see calories is because your dashboard and tracker calculate two types of calories. Basal calories which are the ones that you burn basically just for being alive and activity calories.
As I mentioned above, the basal calories are accounted just for vital body functions as your heart beating, your lungs breathing, your braing working and in general, for your body just to function and being alive. That is why you will also see that whenever you wake up in the morning, you will have already burned calories and this is because since your tracker restarts to zero at midnight and starts counting everthing from there, you have burned based on your profile (height, weight, gender, etc.) that amount of calories up til the moment you wake up. Now, as soon as you get up and start being active, your tracker will start counting your activity calories which are the ones for you moving around, running, walking or just doing daily stuff.
This is nothing to worry about because your dashboard will show all that past information as you have at least burned those calories in the past days but now that you have your tracker, your calorie count will be more accurate as you wear it.
For more information on how your tracker estimates your calorie burn, you can take a look at this article which I hope you find helpful.
Hope this answers your question and if you need more help, let me know!
