Hello,
I have a problem with the Fitbit application on my phone (Android). When I check an application in order to send me notifications, at first it works. After a while (cannot say how long), I receive the notification from this application on my phone, but no on my Firbit. If I go on the Fitbit application, I see that it is unchecked.
Is there anything that I'm doing wrong?

I'm sorry you're having problems with the notifications disabling themselves... That's pretty strange and I only heard about something like this before but I'm not really sure what could be causing it.
I could maybe recommend making sure that your phone's OS is up to date as well as the Fitbit app. Make sure you're up to date on both of these and if they are and you're still having problems with this, you could try unistalling and reinstalling the app and see if this makes any difference.

Thank you for your reply. Well, actually that's what I tried to do before writing here. I mean, I reinstalled the Fitbit application. During the first steps, the applications that I choose to send notifications, work perfectly. The problem ocurrs when I try to add a new application to send me notifications. That's when at some point it's disabled and I don't recieve them anymore and I have to enable it again.
The OS of my phone is updated at the latest version.
Anyway, I try to reinstall the Fitbit application again.
