stride length

when I go to  " set my own" stride length and update it. and go back into it, it still has has the

 

 

 

box with the bullet pint highlighted for "set automatically"

is this the norm or has it reverted back even after being updated

 

any help appreciated

Hi there @douglass, great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

That's strange... Since disabling the option for it to automatically set your stride length should remain off if you set your own. I would recommend two things, to try to force quit the app and open it again, set your stride length and then see if it stays like that and if that doesn't work, try logging out of the app and log back in.

Try that out and let me know if there's any difference. As a last resort, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if this helps.
