App doesn't show a device

Bought the Blaze a couple of days ago and got it set up as a new device on the app for android just fine. It's been syncing information since then. Tonight couldn't get the app to sync with the tracker, (got an error message saying Tracker wasn't found), tried turning off Bluetooth and turning back on, restarting tracker by pressing the left button and lower right, and uninstalling and reinstalling app on phone. Nothing and now the app doesn't even show the Blaze as a device and I can't set it up as a device as it can't find the tracker. Any ideas?

If you tried everything else, I'm not sure what phone, but go into the phones Bluetooth settings screen and remove the tracker from there.

A warm welcome to the Community @amlyma, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @Rich_Laue for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences syncing your tracker? If you do, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I was logged into the right account, what I did was download the fitbit app on my mac computer and it allowed me to set up the device that way. So now my device shows back up on the app on my phone, but now I'm back to square one where my phone won't sync with the tracker again and I've tried all of fitbit's recommended troubleshooting.

I tried that last night also, but my galaxy wouldn't unpair with the tracker for some reason. I tried again this morning and had to restart my phone in order to get it to unpair and that has seemed to work. My app is syncing again. Thanks for your help!
