App keeps turning my blaze notifications off :(

I have notifications enabled - even says so on my blaze. Every morning though I have to re-enable notifications in the app or I get no messages or calls through even though on the actual device they are on.

Is this a fitbit app glitch? If so is it going to get fixed. I can't always remember to keep re-enabling it every morning!

We have two completely seperate unrelayed problems mentioned in this thread 

 

Problem One. The notifications settings in the app or turning off. 

Since there is more than one way to turn notifications off through the app. 

Does the main notification enable by taping on the three dots get turned off? 

When this happens to me, it usually is because of a permission problem .

The other way notifications may be turned off is by disabling the individual apps, like phone, email, etc .

While this has happened to me, I have not found a cause. 

 

Problem two mentioned in this thread. while the outcome might be the same, the problem itself is unrelated to this thread. 

Notifications are getting disabled in the Blaze itself. 

Personally I have no guess as to why this may be happenning
