App not counting my steps in Workweek Hustle challenge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've synced, and the app recognizes the correct amount of steps. (Monday through Thursday, I've registered 83k steps.) But if I look at the Workweek Hustle, I'm in last place with only 2k steps. (It kept track of steps very early on, and then just stopped at around 2k.)

I have restarted my phone, restarted my Blaze, uninstalled the app/reinstalled, logged out/logged back in. Nothing seems to work.

Is there anything else that can be done?

Hello @yooohooo8, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late reply.

Thank you for sharing all this information about what you've been experiencing with the Workweek Hustle challenge and the steps that you already tried to find a solution.

Before considering other options, keep in mind that only steps from your Fitbit device or MobileTrack count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total.

However, since only 2,000 from 83,000 steps have counted for your challenge and you already tried several troubleshooting steps, I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.

Keep me posted.
