Hiya guys my blaze will not connect to my app at all for some reason keeps coming up with error code 403 I know there is a new app update but when I check on my iPhone the update is not showing can you help please many thanks

Hello @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community forums.
Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that will not connect to your app and it's showing error 403.
I've seen other users who have experienced this some time ago, they reported uninstalling and reinstalling the app helps resolve the problem. You can also try to force quite the app, restarting the phone and accessing again to try to sync and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
