I bought the blaze.. didn't work for my phone. So I got on the list of supportrd devices and it still does the same issue. So not only did I  waste money on a new phone just to have something compatable, I blew 200 bucks on a  "Watch" that does not detect my heartrate, does not stay connected, regardless of owning of a supportrd device... oh and when connected under Bluetooth Classic, I lose notifications, calls, emails, I bought this to manage my extremely hectic schedule. Thanks to a 200 dollar paper weight, my brothers girlfriend sat in the middle of **ahem** town trying to contact me, when my 200 dollar **ahem** watch should be telling me  I'm getting a call, when it didn't. Oh but it'll play music just fine huh? at the cost of losing all features other than the music setting! Now... where... the **ahem**!! do.. I.. get.. a.. full...... refund? You have 24 **ahem** hours to reply!

@AngryRedDragon where did you purchase your tracker, most stores have a return policy in affect.

If you purchased it from Fitbit then look below for the link called Returns and Warranty.

I normally don't respond to people that resort to yelling, but I'm making an exception here. You haven't posted any info to allow us to help you.
