Hi @MARIANNE25
Feel free restarting the tracker & optionally the phone.
Restart the tracker
URL: Click / Tap to open the Fitbit Help Article 'How do I restart the tracker?'
If that doesn't do the trick, if not already done, feel free clearing the cache of the Fitit App on the phone:

As last resort, if installed the new fitbit app over the installed version, consider uninstalling the fitbit app & reinstall freshly.
Hope it helps

If the aug 9th update was an update to the fitbit app, you will see a note in the notifacations bar that a phone restart might be needed. This would be because the BT drivers get embedded into the OS, and need to be restarted.
