Fortunately this doesn't happen very often, but it happened again today.
I always let the Blaze track (auto) my running activity on treadmill. But occasionally, when i'm wiping off with a towel mid-run, something (I guess the towel swishing across the face) will initiate exercise mode (today was stepping). When I sync it, then realize that the stepping is the only activity reported, I delete that on the dashboard. But today, it didn't show the running (though it showed 10K steps of activity.
I thought I had done that before (deleting the incorrect one in the dash), and then my run appeared. Today, not so lucky.
Anyone else get that randomly? I certainly don't launch it (intently). Any suggestions on how best to delete that misread and keep my actual activity?
Many thanks - Erich

Hi @Erich777, it's great to see you around.
Thanks for letting me know that your auto-recognized exercise isn't appearing after deleting the other one. This is odd, and thanks for bringing this to my attention. While there isn't an option to retrieve previous exercises recorded through SmartTrack, just for this time I'd recommend to manually log your exercise in the Fitbit app, this way you'll get credit for it.
So this doesn't happen again, I'd suggest to do the following:
1. Verify the duration set for your run activity.
2. Restart your Fitbit device.
3. Make sure both, your Blaze and Fitbit app are updated to the latest version.
I'll be around if you need anything else.
