Hi.
Just after some guidance as to what is best suited for me.
I'm looking either at the blaze or charge 2. Primarily i want it to track my sleep, my steps, and i want notifications from messages, facebook messenger, whats app, and i want to be able to change music.
I have a samsung s8 as my mobile.
Thanks 😁

Hello I just got the blaze fitbit and you can change music from this device which is a really cool feature.

You can compare them here

Charge 2 does not use music.
Also your phone in not on the compatibility list so some features may not work until it is

The only thing that I expect from Fitbit is to give the users the ability to compare the old models. That feature doesn't have to be on the front page, but it would be wonderful if we can still do that.
As for the question - despite that, the Blaze is a hybrid watch (more of a half-smartwatch) it still has more advantages than the Charge 2. The features mentioned above is better experienced with the Blaze rather than Charge 2. Personally, I think that the Charge series (certainly not including Charge 3) don't have the big enough display to get the rich notifications or to be as perfect as other smartwatches with the Apps.
On the other hand, the Blaze is the predecessor of today's popular Ionic and Versa. So, the Blaze is clearly still better wearable to go with than the Charge 2. Unfortunately, neither of watches have waterproof feature.
