BT connected not syncing

I just received my Blaze in the mail today and fought with it just to get it set up. Now it is updated but will not sync to my phone even though it says it is connected to my BT and is paired with it

Try restarting the devce.  Do this by pressing and holding the button on the left side of the Blaze and pressing and holding the lower right button at the same time.  Hold both buttons for about ten seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the tracker.

 

This resolves many initial set up issues.  Hopefuoly it works for you.

You need to go on your fitbit.com to setting and tap on Bluetooth classic and make sure it says pair then resync York fitbit.com with the app.
