Brand new Blaze. Cannot get the back button to work. Stuck on statistics.  Any suggestions?

It's great to welcome you @LParms.

If your tracker's button isn't working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. After this, please restart your Blaze.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

My back button has also stopped working and it’s stuck on my results page. I’ve cleaned the button as best as I can but I can’t restart it without the back button working?

I figured out what I did wrong.  When I placed the watch back into the cradle I put it in wrong.  The watch has buttons that have to match up with the buttons on the cradle or it will not work

I put the watch in wrong into the cradle. So the buttons on the watch were not touching the buttons on the cradle. So it would not work. Solved.

Those are great news @LParms, I am glad to hear that your tracker is now working properly. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.

Now @Domlenny, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the procedure you tried didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further assistance.

Keep the stepping up! Smiley Happy

I had the watch in backwards the buttons not touching.  Good thing to check if your buttons are not working!
